Welcome to Information Dock's Whisk It Up! Kid's Video Cookbook
Kids love to help "cook", maybe it makes them feel grown up, I don't know. But regardless of the reason,
it's a fast easy way to spend time together and have fun at home. Our Whisk It Up! kids recipes are straight from
my kitchen to yours -- I make these dishes with my kids, so I know your children will love them too. We have two basic
age groups of recipes: Youth, for 4-7 year olds and Juniors, for 8-12 year olds. The Youth recipes are mostly
single-serving dishes that require no actual cooking. The Juniors recipes are mostly multiple-serving dishes,
and most of them involve some type of cooking, whether that be on the stove top or in the oven. Both categories of
recipes sometimes involve using a knife to cut things. For these reasons we strongly recommend that an adult always
be present and involved.
Our video cookbook is still in the early stages so keep coming back to see our new additions as we upload them. We
will have breakfast items, lunch dishes, snacks and even desserts -- all kid-friendly and kid-delicious!
Happy Cooking and Bon Appetit!

Juniors: 8-12 years old
These kid-delicous recipes are more challenging. Most of them provide multiple
servings so they're fun to share. Adult assistance and supervision are recommended
due to stove-top cooking and oven cooking in most of these recipes.
