Ingredients
- 28 oz. can whole tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 scallions
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1 serano or jalapeno pepper
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- dash of salt

Cooking Instructions

Rough chop all ingredients except tomatoes. (Don't chop them too small at this stage so the food processor can finish them without turning the salsa to "mush".)

Place all ingredients except tomatoes into a food processor. Run the processor for 20-30 seconds.

3.

Add the whole tomatoes to the contents of the food processor. Run the process for 20-30 seconds.
